Surprisingly enough, as a wardrobe stylist, I actually don't need to be dressed to the nines every day. Much of the time, I'm on set where I dress somewhere between conservative and casual (something like denim with a loose blouse, usually a heeled boot, often a clean sneaker) because styling is a very hands-on, active job: my outfit needs to be more work-ready than fashion forward.

Tonal Dressing || Light Layers for Winter

Before I realized that my personal style was best expressed with COLOR and lots of it, I leaned toward more toned down, or tonal, dressing. I loved dove grey and pastel pink, creams and pale blue.
